Bazzetta v. McGinnis, 04-1823
Denial of summary judgment for defendant and grant of injunctive relief for prisoner-plaintiffs, are reversed where the district court abused its discretion by failing to dissolve an injunction prohibiting defendant from enforcing its regulations limiting the visitation rights of prisoners with multiple substance abuse convictions.
