Jackson v. Schultz, 04-2289

In a civil rights case arising from the death of plaintiff's son under the care of defendants, fire department EMT's, the denial of defendants' motion to dismiss pursuant to qualified immunity is reversed where the decedent's clearly established constitutional rights were not violated.
