United States Sixth Circuit
Keeton v. Flying J, Inc., 04-6023
Because a reasonable jury could have found plaintiff's transfer to be a tangible employment action, where defendant fired, then rehired and laterally transferred plaintiff to a new location, the jury verdict finding defendant liable for sexual harassment is affirmed.
