Blankenship v. Blackwell, 04-4259

Plaintiffs' appeal from dismissal of their claim for a declaratory judgment in a case challenging Ohio's residency requirement for circulators of nominating petitions for independent candidates is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction where the judgment on which the appeal was based is moot.
