Harris v. US, 04-3520

Dismissal of plaintiff's suit under the Federal Tort Claims Act is affirmed where a reasonable factfinder could fairly conclude that plaintiff has failed to show that defendants assaulted or maliciously prosecuted him under Ohio law.
