Estate of Riddle v. S. Farm Bureau Life Ins. Co., 02-6461, 03-5083

In an insurance coverage dispute, a jury verdict finding that defendant-insurance company had reviewed decedent's life insurance policy in bad faith is affirmed over its claim that a finding of bad faith, without more, is insufficient to support a judgment in favor plaintiff.
