Hogan v. US, 03-4637

In a suit brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, judgment against plaintiff's claim, alleging that his property was contaminated by radioactive scrap metal, is affirmed where the district court properly found that there had been no diminution in the value of plaintiff's property.
