St. John v. Hickey, 04-3388

In a section 1983 suit alleging excessive force and wrongful arrest, summary judgment in favor of the defendants in their individual capacities is reversed where a reasonable jury could find that they used excessive force when they attempted to place plaintiff in the back seat of a police cruiser.
