Greene v. B.F. Goodrich, 03-5017, 03-5018

In a products liability case arising out of a helicopter accident, denial of defendant's motion for summary judgment is reversed where plaintiff failed to produce sufficient evidence to create an issue of fact for the jury that there was a manufacturing defect.
