Scotts Co. v. Cent. Garden & Pet Co., 03-4386

In a commercial case, dismissal of plaintiff's breach of contract claims is affirmed; however, the award of postjudgment interest is vacated where the district court incorrectly ruled on the date the interest was to begin.
