McKinley v. City of Mansfield, 03-4258

Dismissal of plaintiff's claim, alleging that defendant compelled him to be a witness against himself in violation of the Fifth Amendment, is reversed where the district court prematurely granted summary judgment since plaintiff did not have an adequate opportunity to conduct discovery.
