Beard v. Whitmore Lake Sch. Dist., 03-1904, 03-1942

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action stemming from an unconstitutional strip search of high school students, defendants are entitled to qualified immunity where the law regarding the reasonableness of a strip search under these circumstances was not clearly established.
