United States Sixth Circuit
US v. Stonefish, 03-2538
Defendant's conviction for transporting illegal aliens is affirmed over his claim that the district court 1)erred in concluding that there was sufficient evidence to support the verdict, and 2)committed plain error in using a special verdict form that did not require the jury to find him guilty of all essential elements of the crime.
