PHILLIPS v. COHEN, 03-4190

In a race discrimination case under Title VII, dismissal of plaintiff's claim for lack of standing is reversed, with respect to plaintiff-Goudy, since she properly stated that she observed less qualified employees obtain positions she applied for, in violation of Title VII.
