RUSH v. ILLINOIS CENT. R.R. CO., 02-5118

In a personal injury action, a jury verdict in favor of defendant is affirmed over plaintiff's claims that 1)the district court erroneously admitted prior statements of witnesses, and 2)the jury erred in not finding defendant liable under Tennessee's "Lookout Statute."
