United States Sixth Circuit

In a section 1983 case arising from the suicide of plaintiff's decedent while in pre-trial custody, summary judgment in favor of defendant-City is affirmed where police officers did not have requisite knowledge that the prisoner was suicidal, and the suicide policies of the city were constitutionally adequate.
