JOHNSON v. KARNES, 03-4200

Summary judgment against plaintiff's suit, alleging a violation of his right to adequate medical care during pretrial confinement, is reversed where plaintiff has established a genuine issue of material fact as to whether the treating physician deprived him of a constitutional right.
