MINADEO v. ICI PAINTS, 03-4343

Dismissal of plaintiff's suit under sections 1024 and 1025 of ERISA, which require a benefits plan administrator to furnish benefits-related documents upon request, is reversed to determine whether the employer is the proper defendant to this claim.
