United States Sixth Circuit
WILLIIAMS v. EAU CLAIRE PUB. SCH., 03-1486
In an employment discrimination suit, the district court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to give plaintiff's proffered jury instructions since the instructions do not correctly state the law as pronounced in St. Mary's v. Hicks, 509 U.S. 502 (1993).
