HOOPER v. WOLFE, 03-5853

In a dispute arising out a commercial real estate transaction, dismissal of plaintiff's complaint for failure to join an indispensable party is reversed where the district court did not consider the feasibility of joining, as defendants, all of the remaining limited partners of defendant.
