THURMAN v. DAIMLERCHRYSLER, INC., 02-2474

In an employment discrimination suit, summary judgment in favor of defendant-employer is affirmed were plaintiff-employee effectively waived the statutory limitations period for a civil lawsuit by signing an employment application that provided for an abbreviated period of limitations.
