KALAMAZOO ACQUISITIONS v. WESTFIELD INS. CO., 03-2323

In an action for breach of a contract for commercial property insurance, plaintiff is barred from bringing the action on the ground that it entered into a general release with the party who damaged the property insured by defendant and impaired defendant's right of subrogation, in breach of the parties' policy for property insurance.
