JENKINS v. US, 03-5121

Defendant's sentence for firearm convictions is affirmed over his claim that his counsel rendered ineffective assistance of counsel by failing to argue that 1) the imposition of consecutive sentences was improper, and 2) his rights were violated under the Interstate Agreement on Detainer Act.
