MARTIN v. PEREZ, 03-6384

Denial of plaintiff's petition for a writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where he is not innocent of the federal crime of arson since the property he bombed was a rental property, and therefore the crime had a sufficient connection to interstate commerce.
