Dismissal of plaintiff's section 1983 claim, alleging failure to provide prompt medical treatment for a serious medical condition, is reversed where plaintiff provided sufficient evidence that his need for medical was "sufficiently serious," and that defendant had a "sufficiently culpable state of mind."
