SOLOMON v. AUBURN HILLS POLICE DEP'T, 03-1707

Denial of defendant-police officer's motion for summary judgment is affirmed on the ground that he was not entitled to qualified immunity where a jury question existed as to whether his arrest of plaintiff was objectively reasonable under the circumstances.
