SINGFIELD v. AKON METRO HOUSING AUTH., 03-3735

In a wrongful termination action, summary judgment in favor of defendant-employer is reversed where plaintiff presented genuine issues of material fact with regard to whether defendant retaliated against him and deprived him of procedural due process.
