ELLIS v. GALLATIN STEEL CO., 02-6421

An award of injunctive relief against defendant for violation of the Clean Air Act is reversed where plaintiffs have not shown that they were entitled to injunctive relief, and have not shown that they complied with the notice requirements of the Clean Air Act.
