HEAVRIN v. NELSON, 03-5892

Dismissal of plaintiff's suit against defendant for filing false proofs of claim in a bankruptcy proceeding is affirmed where, under Kentucky law, statements contained in legal pleadings and testimony given in legal proceedings are privileged.
