MACBOYLE v. CITY OF PARMA, 03-3784

Summary judgment to defendants in a section 1983 action based on the alleged use of force during an arrest is affirmed where the district court did not err when it upheld the validity of a dismissal agreement as it met the requirements of Newton v. Rumery, 480 U.S. 386 (1987).
