MASCO CORP. v. ZURICH AM. INS. CO., 03-3071

The district court's refusal to give effect to a broad arbitration clause in an insurance policy is reversed where, even though the underlying dispute revolved around policy coverage that neither party intended, the dispute nonetheless falls within the ambit of the arbitration agreement.
