In a robbery and drug case, defendant unsuccessfully challenged his conviction on grounds that: 1) the district court should have bifurcated at trial a felon-in-possession charge; 2) improper references were made during the trial regarding prior convictions; 3) the prosecutor asked a witness improper questions; and 4) the court improperly directed a supplemental interrogatory to the jury.
