In an unlawful possession and drug case, the Court affirmed the district court's decision to permit impeachment of the defense witness, and it's denial of a motion to suppress on grounds that defendant's detention was a valid and lawful Terry stop; but the Court did not address defendant's ineffective-assistance-of-counsel claim because the record was inadequate for appellate-review.
