DETROIT WATER TEAM JOINT VENTURE v. AGRIC. INS. CO., 02-1324, -1419

A damaged electrical system was not included in the total insured value schedule attached to the policy, so a builder's risk insurance policy would not cover losses. Builder was not required by tort law to make repairs so his general liability policy will not cover the loss.
