United States Sixth Circuit

US v. LENTSCH, 02-6192, 02-6193

Participants in a demonstration at the Y-12 National Security Complex were properly convicted of trespassing on Department of Energy property. The information's failure to allege that the property was "enclosed" did not deprive them of due process, as the term "structural barrier" indicated aggravated trespass.
