TOLEDO-LUCAS COUNTY PORT AUTH. v. AXA MARINE & AVIATION INS. (UK), LTD., 02-4120
The Public Officials Liability provision does not necessarily require a claim or demand to be made against an individual employee; a claim or demand against the Port Authority for damages on account of an individual employee's wrongdoing solely in his or her capacity as a Port Authority employee will suffice. Summary judgment for defendants is reversed and remanded.
