United States Sixth Circuit

US v. BROWN, 02-6205

Conviction for knowingly possessing a firearm despite a prior felony conviction is affirmed. Because his affirmative defense does not negate any element of the offense, defendant was properly required to prove that defense by a preponderance of the evidence.
