United States Sixth Circuit

HARAJLI v. HURON TOWNSHIP, 02-2169

Officers' purported entry into plaintiff's house in the course of a civil standby was reasonably based on the consent of his ex-wife. Plaintiff made no showing that he was treated differently from similarly situated women or non-Arab-Americans, so his equal protection claim fails.
