B&B TRUCKING, INC. v. USPS, 02-1562

Of the claims brought by independent contractors who transport the mail for defendant, all but one are constitutional and regulatory rather than contractual. Thus, the Contract Disputes Act does not bar the district court from assuming jurisdiction over those claims.
