MIGUEL v. INS, 02-3758

Guatemalan alien's motion to suppress was properly denied. Because her counsel admitted the relevant facts establishing her removability, and because the IJ did not rely on any of the disputed evidence, it is not necessary to decide whether the warrantless search of her home violated the Fourth Amendment.
