United States Sixth Circuit
DICARLO v. POTTER, 02-4010
Summary judgment for defendant-employer is reversed as to plaintiff's claims of national origin discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation. The temporal proximity between plaintiff's protected action and his discharge constitutes indirect evidence of a causal connection so as to create an inference of retaliatory motive.
