United States Sixth Circuit

US v. HORN, 02-5668

Defendant, convicted of bank robbery, unsuccessfully appeals his sentence. Because his two prior robbery convictions were not "related" under U.S.S.G. section 4A1.2, the district court did not err in applying a career offender enhancement per section 4B1.1.
