United States Sixth Circuit

SHAH v. DEACONESS HOSP., 02-3033

Plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case for entitlement to statutory relief on his discrimination claims because he failed to show that an employer-employee relationship existed between himself and defendant. Nothing in the record suggests that defendant's action directly impaired plaintiff's employment opportunities with third parties.
