United States Sixth Circuit

US v. ANGEL, 02-3320, 02-3321

Defendant's conviction of conspiring to possess and distribute cocaine and marijuana is affirmed. Because he obstructed justice and because his expression of remorse came too late, the district court improperly applied a two-level reduction for acceptance of responsibility.
