HIDROFILTROS, DE MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. v. REXAIR, INC., 02-1823

Although the settlement agreement between the two parties, arising from a prior trademark dispute, gives exclusive jurisdiction to the district court for purposes of enforcing the agreement itself, defendant remains free to bring a trademark infringement case against the plaintiff in any appropriate forum.
