US v. WILLIAMS, 03-5107, 03-5189, 03-5192
Three defendants who were involved in the use of false identifying information to obtain home loans unsuccessfully appeal their sentences for identity theft. The district court did not err in applying U.S.S.G. section 2B1.1(b)(9)(C)(i) to two defendants, and in refusing to depart downward with respect to the third.
