United States Sixth Circuit

WOMEN'S MED. PROF'L CORP. v. TAFT, 01-4124

Ohio's partial birth abortion statute, Ohio Rev. Code Ann. section 2919.15.1, does not violate the Fourteenth Amendment, because it does not restrict the most commonly used procedure for second trimester abortions and because it provides an exception for significant health risks.
