In a drug trafficking case, informant's tip did not establish probable cause, police failed to provide any detail as to the reliability of the informant, the tip was not corroborated by subsequent police investigation, and police did not reasonably rely in good faith upon the search warrant. Court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence is therefore reversed.
