United States Sixth Circuit

BELL v. OHIO STATE UNIV., 02-3293

42 U.S.C. section 1983 claims brought by a dismissed medical student either failed to satisfy the "continuing violation" requirement for actions that lie outside the statute of limitations, or were without merit. Section 1981 claims are also without merit, thus summary judgment to defendant is affirmed.
