United States Sixth Circuit

US v. DELGADO, JR., 01-2090/01-1009

In defendants' consolidated drug case, the random designation of alternate jurors at the end of the trial was inconsistent with Rule 24(c) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, but the violation did not affect defendants' substantial rights; accordingly defendants' claim of prejudicial error is rejected and affirmed.
